1940 Cover from Bhuket to Penang affixed “Chakri palace” 5st.(#287) in vertical strip of 3 tied by double-ring PAQUEBOT cds dated 5 SE 1940. Cover was opened on left side for censor and resealed by white label with seal and text “PASSED BY CENSOR” and boxed “PASSED BY 22 CENSOR” in black. Fine. Very interesting. F.(1)
