1939 Registered cover from Bangkok to Africa affixed with “75th Anniversary of Red Cross” (#277-79) complete set of 3 values tied by BANGKOK G.P.O. (BDR-04A) cds dated 14.11.39. On reverse bearing PENANG transit cds dated 19 NO 39, illegible transit cds dated 18 DEC39 and DJIBOUTI arrival cds dated 20-12-39. On obverse bearing BANGKOK G.P.O. registration label number 891. Lettter was opended on right side and resealed by white label printed “PASSED BY CENSOR” with 2 red wax on obverse and 1 red wax on reverse. Fine. Rare destination. F.(1)
