1941 Thailand occupied province in Indochina during WWII; a government official-registered cover from Champasak(now in Laos) to Bangkok, franked with King Rama VIII 2x10st(pair) and 15st Chakri Palace for the total postal rate of 35st.. cancelled twice with Champasak cds dated 2/10/84, reverse with Ubon transit dated 7/10/41 and Bangkok GPO receiver dated 9/10/41, registered label in hand-stamped boxed with manuscript numbered in Siamese “0092”, complete nice cover with few yellow stains, size 26x11cm, only few normal mails survived from Champasak during occupation period and this is only the 2nd recorded registered cover found, iconic and historical postal history item.
